Odif - OdiCoat - Fabric Laminator turns fabric into oilcloth
OdiCoat is a waterproof glue gel, which allows you to protect your projects, fabric accessories or objects (cotton, lace, muslins). Once dry it creates an insulating film that resists against stains and humidity inside and out. It can also be used as an adhesive for fabrics or on all wood, cardboard, metal, glass, ceramic, styrofoam, stone etc.
One pot contains 250ml.
Put the fabric on a flat protected surface. Spread OdiCoat with a flat brush. Allow to dry for 1 hour before spreading another 2 coats for a perfect seal and a luster/satiny feel. It will be completely dry after 24 hours. Once ironed with a parchment paper the fabric may be laundered in warm water.
This is an ideal treatment for toiletry bags, tablecloths, placemats, aprons, embroideries, quilts etc.
2. Collage and fabric embellishing
Using a flat brush glue the base surface before putting down the fabric. Cover the fabric to be adhered with one layer of OdiCoat. For optimum protection of your treated objects apply two layers at 1 hour intervals. After drying for 24 hours the treated object will have a satin look and will resist to cleaning and wear. Perfect for indoor/outdoor decorating as well as embellishing clothing and accessories.
