Sewing Gem offers a refund or exchange if your item is defective or faulty. If you find a fault with the item please contact support@sewinggem.com. Once approved we will provide you details of how to return the item. It must be returned in its original condition. A full refund will be issued on return of the goods.

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

If you are shipping an item to us over £25, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We can’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
